Houseful has launched "Movemnt", a free-to-use national home transaction infrastructure for all estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage lenders, and brokers.

Movemnt joins the Houseful family of brands which includes Zoopla, estate agent software Alto, new homes software Yourkeys, and Hometrack.

Houseful says that Movemnt reduces the friction of home purchases. The product helps businesses by getting more instructions through the products they already use (like Zoopla, Yourkeys and Alto); automating updates on transaction progress for all parties, in real-time; and the incentive of a £400 referral fee for new users joining Movemnt.

Houseful says Movemnt has launched with 70 conveyancers and brokers, while 50 agents and housebuilders have already processed a transaction using Movemnt.

Additional benefits include the ability for agents to leverage their existing conveyancer relationships and onboard them to Movemnt

Riccardo Dawson (pictured), COO of Software at Houseful, said:

"Leveraging Houseful’s well-known brands to create Movemnt is truly transformational for the property industry as a whole. We already have a well-established network of conveyancers and brokers to enable a streamlined transaction and will be further building out Movemnt’s partners at speed over the coming weeks.

"Movemnt is an open platform that anyone can join and we already have dialogues with several other CRM providers to connect Movemnt’s network to their customers."

Zoopla is the Uk's number two property portal behind the market-leading, publicly traded Rightmove, and ahead of OnTheMarket (owned by CoStar Group).
