The two proptech companies look to offer tenants and landlords a more seamless platform for settling disputes, among other operations

Two proptech heavy-hitters have announced a strategic integration to further support their partnerships with The Dispute Service (TDS), an operator of tenant deposit capabilities.

Richard Abbots, CEO at Inventory Hive, explained:

“Since launching just over four years ago we’ve been on a mission to make unnecessary disputes a thing of the past, whilst also pushing the boundaries of innovative features that make inventory reporting transparent and far more efficient.”

With this new integration, consumers can utilize combined paperless reporting software of Inventory Hive with other capabilities surrounding tenancy from The Depositary to cut letting agent admin time, all while keeping both tenant and landlord data secure. Furthermore, technology is in place to deplete the opportunity for human error and remove the need for duplicated data entry.

Inventory Hive is a market-leading property reporting platform that offers remote paperless workflows that help create the most efficient way of agreeing to safety compliance, condition, and cleanliness in the industry.

The Depositary focuses on the 'end of tenancy' process, offering users an automated platform for completing tenancies with less hassle than traditional means.

Abbots continued:

“This integration will allow check-out descriptions and photos captured via our App to be passed through to The Depositary effortlessly. This solves the age-old admin headache of re-typing and double entry.”
