Realestateview.com.au, an industry-driven real estate listings marketplace in Australia, has announced a partnership with data provider, Landchecker, calling the partnership one of the biggest to take place this year.

A prime example of the Australian real estate industry’s move towards being data-driven and tech-oriented, Landchecker enjoyed a round of funding that secured $1.85 million in early 2018 and a strategic partnership with RACV. The startup has quickly become an important resource for consumers and industry, including developers, real estate agents, vendors, and home buyers.

Landchecker provides quick access to information and data on planning zones, planning overlays, permit applications and their status (pending, rejected and approved), sales results, burglary statistics and other important characteristics of any Victorian property.

“Our aim is to empower both the buyer and seller with property information that isn’t traditionally visible. Viewing sales listings in the context of all the potential constraints and opportunities of a property enables consumers to make efficient and well-informed decisions says Founder of Landchecker, Will Leaf.

The partnership means that realestateview.com.au listings will be automatically incorporated with Landchecker, to help visitors find properties for sale that match with their zoning and planning preferences.
