LandHub and Fabrica.Land Partner to Make Buying Land Remarkably Easy

October 1, 2020

An interesting partnership between land portal LandHub, an Arizonan specialist site marketing land, and tech startup Fabrica means that US users will soon be able to buy land directly on the site at the click of a button with all the paperwork taken care of online via Fabrica’s platform.

According to a press release, Fabrica’s technology will allow LandHub to add a ‘Buy it Now’ button, something that a lot of portals around the world have been striving towards for a long time.

"Our clients can simply add a 'Buy it Now' button to the land listings on our website that allows buyers to close land sales quickly and efficiently using Fabrica's state-of-the-art closing system," said Kevin May, president and CEO of LandHub. "Fabrica is truly changing the way real estate transactions are closed by providing an alternative to an old and antiquated system."

Founded in San Francisco in 2017, Fabrica is a company whose mission is a similar one to countless other PropTech outfits, to provide a seamless title and escrow experience for real estate brokers, lenders and homebuyers. Their property purchase demo video certainly looks a lot like the smooth online transaction which is the holy grail for many in the space. We’ll wait and see if the partnership with LandHub proves a launchpad to other types of property transactions.
