Leading provider of cloud-based talent acquisition solutions, iCIMS Inc., has recently announced the appointment of Laura Wallace as Senior VP of Sales. Her responsibilities will include working to manage client issues, sales growth, and leading a team of 100 representatives.

“Laura understands how to apply technology solutions to solve the business challenges facing multi-national companies, as well as lead a high performing sales team to drive our continued growth,” said Colin Day, iCIMS founder and chief executive officer.

Wallace spent almost fifteen years with Microsoft before making her way to iCIMS, and was most recently the Vice President of U.S. Health and Life Sciences business. In this position, she successfully created new industry solution teams as well as increased partner engagement, and spearheaded a direct sales organization in double-digit growth for the business. Wallace was additionally a general manager of Microsoft U.S.'s business strategy firm, Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG), after finishing up seven years as the general manager of the New York Metro area with revenue growth growing from $620M to $1.3B. Prior to any Microsoft roles, Wallace held leadership positions within IBM, Lotus Development, and multiple start-ups.

Wallace's addition to the team comes at a crucial moment in the company's history - Vista Equity Partners' recent acceleration growth investment alongside 20% growth, a new suite release, new key partnerships with global payroll and HRIS providers connecting recruiting data with employee management platforms, and grew its solutions to include over 230 third-party solutions that offer employers integrations between their preferred recruiting solutions and their best-in-class talent acquisition solution.

“Technology is revolutionizing recruiting, and iCIMS is ideally positioned to improve how employers’ source, engage and hire great talent,” said Laura Wallace. “I’m excited by iCIMS’ vision of transforming recruiting by improving employers’ recruiting marketing spend and drastically improving their candidates’ experience.”

In 2019, iCIMS will debut a new recruitment marketing solution and embed programmatic recruitment advertising to offer employers access to the best talent while improving return on investment for their marketing.
