Let There Be Light? Pisos.com Launches "Natural Light Simulator"

Pisos.com has introduced a new tool that shows property searchers how many hours of natural light a property has before visiting it.

The so-called 'sunlight simulator' lets searchers choose a date and time of day, with results shown on a 3D map.

Interestingly, Pisos.com says it developed the tool in response to multiple requests from would-be buyers.

Miquel Pastor, Product Manager at Pisos.com, said:

"We are talking about a very useful tool to take advantage of the hours of sunlight at home, reducing energy consumption and artificial light. It is also very interesting for those who are thinking of installing solar panels and want to get the most out of it.

We wanted to provide something that had a component of interaction and gamification. In other words, the user, in addition to knowing the sunlight hours index for a specific day and time, can 'play' with this element".

According to Similarweb, Pisos.com is the fourth largest portal in Spain, competing with the likes of Idealista, Fotocasa and Habitaclia:
