Lucid Services Group, a business specializing in technology staffing services, has recently announced national certification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Great Lakes Women's Business Council (Great Lakes WBC), a regional certifying partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

"Lucid Services Group’s mission closely aligns with WBENC and our shared values around diversity, innovation and creating partnerships that fuel the economy. Our team of almost 20 females strong, is passionate about helping customers to bridge the gap between technical needs and talent,” remarked Bethany Robinson, Owner, and CEO of Lucid Services Group. “Being part of the WBENC community also helps me gain perspective on how other female leaders are growing and scaling companies; which is incredibly valuable as we work towards the expansion of services lines and new offices."

WBENC’s national standard of certification implemented by the Great Lakes WBC, is a meticulous process including an in-depth review of the business and site inspection. The certification process is designed to confirm the business is at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a woman or women.

By including women-owned businesses among their suppliers, corporations and government agencies demonstrate their commitment to fostering diversity and the continued development of their supplier diversity programs.
