We'll kick this week's roundup with news of a nifty collaboration in Spain...
Idealista and the General Council of Notaries have agreed to incorporate statistical information from real estate sales formalised before a notary.
The collaboration will allow the incorporation of anonymised statistical information from any transaction formalised before a notary into the analysis and valuation services that Idealista offers to real estate professionals at no additional cost.
According to a press release, the implementation of the data will allow Idealista to improve analysis on home valuations, surface area, and price per square meter.
Thanks to this agreement, the Notary's statistical data will be integrated into idealista/data 's solutions , strengthening the valuation and market analysis platforms used by agencies, developers, financial institutions, and other professionals in their daily work. Specifically, we are incorporating information on registered property sales from the General Council of Notaries into our Property Valuation Tool.
Integrating both sources of information will provide a more complete view of the behavior of the real estate market, combining different layers of analysis to facilitate decision-making and bring greater clarity to the sector.

OLX has launched a dedicated real estate platform in Ukraine, Otodim (not to be confused with Otodom).
According to a post on OLX's website, Otodim is currently in beta. The platform draws on OLX Ukraine’s extensive listings inventory, optimising the search journey for the country’s digitally-native urban population, utilising AI to structure complex listings for a seamless, mobile-first experience. Additional features, including independent listing capability and in-platform messaging, are in development.
Christian Gisy, CEO at OLX Group, said:
“Ukraine remains a vital market for OLX Group, and the digital rebound we’ve seen has been remarkable. The launch of Otodim is a natural evolution of our successful presence in the country, allowing us to provide a dedicated experience for property seekers and realtors. This is continued investment in a market we believe in, backed by real growth and real potential.”
Commenting on LinkedIn, OLX said:
Ukraine’s property market isn’t standing still. And neither are we. Even in the face of ongoing challenges, people across Ukraine are still buying, renting, and investing in homes.
We’ve been committed to Ukraine from day one. Today, we employ 150+ people locally and have invested over $10 million since 2022 to support infrastructure restoration, temporary housing, medical supplies, and logistics.
We’ve launched Otodim, a dedicated real estate platform built on OLX Ukraine’s scale and experience, and designed specifically for the needs of this market. We’re improving it every day. Real estate is one of our fastest-growing categories globally, up 26% in H1 FY26, and Ukraine is a key part of that story.
LIFULL HOME'S Rental will launch a feature in June 2026 that automatically generates property videos from 360-degree spatial data using AI.
According to a press release, the Japanese portal operator will use Ricoh360 technology (a cloud-based solution that captures and shares 360° data) to allow member users to create panoramic images and "disseminate rich information while minimising the burden on businesses."
Lifull said:
Many users tend to choose a portal site not only based on the "number of property listings," but also on the "quality and quantity of property information," such as photos and videos. LIFULL HOME'S aims to create an environment where users can easily find their ideal home by delivering more detailed information. LIFULL HOME'S is collaborating with Ricoh to introduce AI technology that automatically generates videos from panoramic images. LIFULL HOME'S members who already possess panoramic images will be able to post videos that automatically capture the features and highlights of their properties, without the need for new shooting or complex editing.
Chie Gotoh, Rental Project Manager at LIFULL HOME'S, said intuitive information gathering through videos is now standard practice when searching for a home.
"Amidst a worsening labor shortage in the real estate industry, balancing the enrichment of property information with increased efficiency is extremely challenging. On the other hand, with video viewing becoming commonplace, intuitive information gathering through videos is now standard practice when searching for a home. This initiative will reduce the workload of real estate businesses while enabling them to quickly provide a "near-in-viewing experience" for a wider range of properties. We expect this to contribute to users finding a home they are truly satisfied with.
"RICOH360 Business Package Customer Acquisition AI: Provides a complete package including a 360-degree camera, Ricoh's proprietary AI-powered automatic customer acquisition content generation function, and operational support."
RICOH360 is a brand that develops cross-industry platform businesses centred on 360-degree images and videos. According to the company's website, its cameras are used with a special focus on real estate construction and development projects.
The British proptech OneDome is gearing up for an international expansion after delivering major revenue growth in the first three months of the year, with revenue set to triple in 2026.
Revenue for Q1 2026 reached £15.3million, up 394% year-on-year (the first quarter in 2025 was £3.1million), driven by expansion of its national broker network and strong organic growth.
OneDome founder Babek Ismayil says the group is now looking to expand abroad, having scaled up its team by more than four times in less than 18 months. Ismayil told The Negotiator that OneDome will launch in an English-speaking country later this year, with long-term plans to scale its homebuying tech package internationally.
Ismayil said:
“We are building a new way to buy a home by bringing mortgages, legal, and financial services into one seamless experience. While we are pleased with the progress, we believe we are still at an early stage of a very large opportunity.”
