It's been a while since our last product roundup. By chance, we spotted three in a matter of days. Here are the details...

Turkey #1 launches free concierge service for investors

Turkey's number one portal has launched an estate concierge service for property investors. An investment specialist will join investors at all stages during the transaction, from field visits to financial advice.

EmlakJet says the service includes property recommendations and purchases, tenant management and sales guidance, and financial follow-ups after investment—at no extra cost to the investor.

The portal also has a list of partner contractors to take on renovation projects and will offer tenancy placement options for short- and long-term rentals.

Emlakjet introduced a portfolio-sharing system for realtors in May of this year.

Realtor.com adds Airbnb Estimation for Prospective Hosts

Realtor.com has announced the addition of potential short-term rental income estimates from Airbnb for homeowners with a first-of-its-kind integration.

Homeowners can discover the short-term rental earning potential of their property by entering their address into the Realtor.com My Home dashboard, with users able to adjust data by room or whole-property rentals.

Mausam Bhatt, CPO at Realtor.com, said:

"Short-term rentals are a great way to help with some of the costs of homeownership – renting out their house for a couple days or weeks out of the year when it's not in use could generate  extra income that can be put toward the mortgage, maintenance, or even help cover the cost of a vacation.

"By arming homeowners with information about how much they could potentially make by renting a room or their whole home on Airbnb, Realtor.com® is helping them better understand their options and in turn make more informed decisions about their home."

Traffic and revenues were down for Realtor.com in Q2 of this year, at the same time that financial powerhouse CoStar claimed that it had overtaken the portal into the number two spot in the U.S., behind Zillow.

Leboncoin Improves Visibility for Realtors in France

Leboncoin is boosting the capabilities of its premium package to aid realtors in an increasingly competitive landscape driven by lower transaction volumes and longer listing times before finding buyers.

Three improved functionalities have been added, including higher visibility for (and automated distribution of) ads, as well as optimised prospecting in the form of real-time identification of areas where properties are set to come to market. Leboncoin will also obtain the contact details of sellers wishing to sell their property, by location.

Leboncoin will add brands' logos and names to all ads on its results page, while 'featured' properties will cycle through ranks 1 and 2 on the results page for between 7-30 days, in rotation with other subscribers' ads.
