We’ve made it across the whole globe with this infographic series, ending with the largest region when it comes to how many property portals consumers can choose from. Last week, we looked at the social media profiles of property portals in Oceania. This week, we end with Asia.

Social Media Ranking Asia

Facebook

With the third most Facebook followers of all property portals we’ve looked at across the world, only under Jumia (around 18 million followers) and MercadoLibre (around 15 million followers), OLX India has the most Facebook followers in the Asian region with a little over 5 million.

Second place is Hong Kong property platform, Carousell with, 3.4 million Facebook followers. One of Carousell’s subsidiaries is OLX Philippines, which has recently taken up the Carousell branding.

Third place is Pakistan’s Zameen.com with 2 million Facebook followers, making Asia one of the most popular regions on Facebook when it comes to property portals and their social media accounts.

Twitter

When it comes to Twitter follower count, another Indian property portal takes first place. 99acres currently has around 68,000 followers.

Second place is OLX India with a close following of 64,000 followers on its Twitter account.

The third place for Twitter follower count is yet another Indian platform, Magicbricks.com, with 33,000 followers.

LinkedIn

First place is Housing.com, another Indian property portal giant, with over 128,000 followers on LinkedIn.

Second place goes to Square Yards, with 68,000 followers.

Third place, and officially ending this infographic series, is once again, an Indian property portal, NestAway with over 46,000 LinkedIn followers.
