Proptech platform LemonBrew looks to expand across the US

February 29, 2020

LemonBrew launches in several markets with a nationwide campaign on the way.

There's a proptech platform that offers a gateway between financially-backed homebuyers with real estate agents in their areas.

Called Partner Agents, LemonBrew's selected real estate agents come from some of the most prominent brokerages in America including Century 21, Coldwell Bank and RE/MAX. Currently, their database sports a couple thousand agents for homebuyers to browse through.

The process is simple. Homebuyers answer a number of questions to tell the algorithm what they're looking for and the technology selects three agents that are closest to the buyers' requirements in terms of property type, budget and other sales metrics including how quickly the agent is able to find a client the home they are looking for.

LemonBrew ran a pilot in the fall of 2019 and is planning a nationwide roll-out during 2020.

Established by experienced entrepreneurs from both the real estate and mortgage sectors, LemonBrew is led by CEO Reno Heine who was formerly the Vice President of Business Development at Quicken Loans.

"Our goal is to provide value to both the consumer as well as the real estate agent. When considering buying a home, the two biggest questions people have are: 'Where do I even begin?' and "How much does all this cost?' We've built our platform to ease the stress and help answer those questions,” said Heine.

LemonBrew is at the intersection of technology and purpose helping fill the gap in the real estate market by matching financially vetted and motivated buyers with expert and responsive Real Estate Agents. The LemonBrew team passionately built the platform to help build a trusted relationship that leads to a satisfying and memorable home buying outcome.
