Recruiting tech startup FusionRL welcomes Mike Kret as Senior Vice President

New Jersey-based startup Fusion Recruiting Labs (FusionRL), an innovator in the mobile advertising and recruitment space, recently announced the addition of Mike Kret as Senior Vice President, Operations and IT, following his executive roles with Starpoint Solutions (now part of Yoh, A Day Zimmermann Company), Telcordia Technologies and as an advisor to FusionRL over the past year.

The addition of Kret to the senior leadership team at FusionRL helps to formalize the operational support structure for the company. With responsibility for managing over one million job postings, the Fusion job distribution services have become a vital source for successful recruiters to find qualified applicants through its own Job Distribution Network recruiting sites.

Optimizations implemented from Kret’s expertise have already begun to show results for Fusion’s customers. Candidate conversion rates from mobile have increased way beyond industry norms and the expansion of the Fusion Job Distribution Network into the Fusion Recruit SaaS platform now offers a complete end to end service solution for recruiters to create jobs, post to distribution networks and manage applicants through a branded mobile candidate experience.
