Looking to help support local travel websites, RedAwning teams up with aRes Travel.

Vacation rental property network RedAwning has partnered with aRes Travel to list instantly bookable vacation rentals directly on local destination marketing organisation websites (DMO).

The New Braunfels, Texas DMO will be among the first sites in which travelers will be able to search and book RedAwning short-term rentals as the partnership continues to gain traction.

All short-term rental reservations made through the DMO will be powered by the RedAwning booking engine and will automatically sync with respective property manager and individual property owner calendars, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.

RedAwning will be the merchant of record for all bookings made for short-term rentals through the DMO. This means that they will take all the risk and process all payments for each booking, as well as provide guest support, check-in instructions and a free mobile app to homeowners and guests for them to manage the booking and share guest information.

RedAwning CEO and Founder, Tim Choate, said:

“This is an incredible opportunity for RedAwning short-term rental managers and owners to gain increased exposure and to get their listings in front of new audiences."
