RoofandFloor renames its Home Buying Advisory Services to TrueAssist

The change reflects the brand’s alignment with other existing services and its strong commitment to support customers in their home buying journey

RoofandFloor, India’s first homebuyer-centric real estate portal, has announced the renaming of its Home Buying Advisory Services to TrueAssist. The name change reflects RoofandFloor’s commitment to be a true partner to the Indian homebuyer through every step of their home buying journey.

TrueAssist also aligns with TruePrice, RoofandFloor’s proprietary, an industry-leading tool that gives homebuyers the ‘real’ value of every property. Together, TrueAssist and TruePrice reflect the company’s commitment to values of trust and transparency.

Evolving brand identity with customer identity 

RoofandFloor’s brand research showed that its brand identity was continually evolving as more customers used the Home Buying Advisory Services.

“By renaming our Home Buying Advisory Services as TrueAssist, a name that more accurately highlights our brand values and offerings to the Indian homebuyer, we are well and truly on our way to becoming India’s most-trusted real estate portal. The name focuses on our unbiased and genuine efforts to match our customers with their ideal home through personalised recommendations. Gowri added that the new name identifies itself with the intelligent and comprehensive assistance the service offers.

TrueAssist’s identity continues to be associated with the brand’s history of integrity and quality service, which remains unchanged. It supports homebuyers from discovery and shortlisting from the hundreds of listings on RoofandFloor and handholds them all the way from negotiation to possession.
