Roundr's mobile app hits a milestone only 4 months after being downloadable on the App and Play stores

Roundr's app gives South African real estate agents the tools need to save time when it comes to communicating with their clients and keeping them up to date.

Currently, the app has over 2,000 users and that number is only going up. Roundr is becoming increasingly more popular with real estate agents in South Africa who are realizing the importance of the tools Roundr offers.

How Roundr helps its agents is simple

The app is a one-stop-shop for agents that they can tap into wherever they are. Agents can organize their schedules that uses a format specific to the real estate industry. Roundr stores feedback to agents' clients in a few simple steps, along with organizing work with other agents to complete deals, and automates accurate reporting. All of this can be done with full confidentiality of the buyers and sellers so nothing gets leaked.

Co-founder of Roundr, Daisy Burton, stated: “we have interacted with a lot of agents using the app, who say they are seeing a noteworthy reduction in their time spent on phone calls and the daily admin of noting down all their interactions. We have also received great constructive feedback from users which feeds into our daily development of the app. Our aim is to make agents’ work easier through technology, as we know just how many tasks an agent has to fit into their day.”

Roundr has entered a number of financial deals since its conception. After securing an agreement with a global funding partner, Roundr has also snagged endorsement deals with STBB and Ooba Home Loans. These two companies have toes dipping in the real estate industry as well.

Roundr's CEO, Jansen Myburgh stated: “we are proud to be backed by and associated with both STBB and Ooba Home Loans. These are solid brands who are also in the business of striving to make agents’ work more efficient and effective, through the work they do.”

So what's next for this successful estate agent tool? There's plans for a version 2 of the mobile app and a new desktop app to be released in the coming months. The second version of the mobile app will include new features to help aid in the average workday of a South African real estate agent, as well as an updated look, with any bugs smoothed out.

Currently, Roundr's app is free to download and use for certain functions and that isn't going to change any time soon. There is an unlimited subscription cost of $9.99 a month for extra features and optimal use of everything Roundr offers.
