Route1 guarantees 5% sign-on bonus to all users that secure employment

As Ben explains, "Candidate rewards are a relatively new concept - some of our competitors do gift a fixed amount to a candidate when they start, but they are small by comparison. With average NQ salaries in London above £70,000, and some US firms paying double that, junior candidates could see a bonus of over £7,000 when they start a new job through us".
