Tripler Ai, the creator of the Smart Lead, a revolutionary technology solution for estate agents that enables them to increase their lead conversion rates, is pleased to announce that the UK-based multi-billion dollar BooHoo.com group has invested in the company. Tripler provides estate agents voice recordings of customers, or voice leads, and is so named because it can increase lead conversion rates by up to three times normal conversion rates. BooHoo Group is a $2.25 billion dollar company and one of the world’s largest fashion retailers listed on the London Stock Exchange.

With offices and operations across New York, Atlanta, London, Dubai and Mumbai, Tripler Ai now has over 15,000 agents and developers on its platform. The company is expected to deliver over 1.5 million Ai-powered smart leads to users on its platform in the month of February 2019 alone.

This is the fourth investor for Tripler Ai in its private round of pre-series A fundraising. There was strong demand from other investors, but Tripler chose BooHoo group because of their entrepreneurial culture and incredible team.

The BooHoo group made the investment through its venture arm KM Capital. Stephen Morana, ex CFO of Zoopla was the partner involved in the deal and Adam Kamani, the General Partner at KM Capital, was the member of the venture arm of the BooHoo group who was involved in the transaction.

Says Adam Kamani: "We are convinced the Tripler leadership team is up to the challenge of executing their growth plan to transform the global property market with their Ai powered smart lead platform.”

Sam Singh, Tripler Founder and Chief Executive comments: “We are proud to welcome the BooHoo group and their Venture arm KM Capital to our investor group. With the backing of two multi-billion dollar tech focused business groups, Tripler Ai has got the support it needs to transform the way property leads are generated and converted. Ai is the future and with our renewed focus on the US markets, and significant volumes at which we now operate, we are well positioned to disrupt a deeply entrenched marketplace.”

Providing a solution that perfectly matches property seekers and agents and connects them within minutes, Tripler Ai improves agent response times and ensures that agents connect only with customers that they are committed to servicing. It’s a service that is being welcomed by brokerages and estate agents the world over. The company is generating healthy cash flows within six months of commercial launch and is poised to break even within the next two months.
