Sngular is strengthening its team attraction program as part of its strategy to achieve the best talent, capable of responding to the challenges that companies currently pose.

Last year the company launched a new attraction program to favor the integration of equipment from emerging companies linked to the latest technologies and specialized in highly innovative IT projects. It's a formula to attract teams of people who have demonstrated their ability to work together and implement innovative projects, with the aim of joining the organization and integrating with their own teams to continue growing professionally.

“The initiative aims to attract talent with excellent technical and human capabilities, wanting to grow and integrate into an organization that can provide them with more capacity and resources to face more ambitious projects.”

Openshine, the latest addition

The last of the integrations is taking place at the very moment: they are members of the Openshine company, professionals specialized in software development and in the execution of end-to-end projects for companies, and combining a wide spectrum of back-end and front-end technologies, Big Data, Cloud and DevOps architectures, and more.

In addition, the incorporation of these professionals individually will allow Sngular to strengthen its position in the energy and telecommunications markets, sectors in which they have solid experience.

These professionals share with Sngular their commitment to work with relocated teams and plan to integrate. Furthermore, one of the founders of Openshine, Roberto Majadas, points out that “the most important thing was that both companies agreed culturally, in addition to seeing that there was complementarity between Sngular and our team on issues such as the proposal of technologies or philosophy about innovation and the way of working.”

This is the second team that has been incorporated in 2019 after having added to its staff the professionals of the Cordoba Sopinet Growing Startups, specialized in app development and in validation processes of business models and prototyping using Agile and Lean methodologies, which was announced earlier in April.

Since the program's launch, six such operations have been acquired, which has allowed the tech company to add 50 professionals to its team.
