The Indian Institute of Teacher Education (IITE) has recently launched its new online platform for students and alumni looking for work in the education field.
ADITYA - acronym for Accomplishing Dreams for Indian Teachers & Yearning Administrators - will allow nearly 650 alumni of various courses and 124 students who are set to pass out this year to list themselves for job placement. Not just students, but even schools looking to hire well-qualified teachers can register themselves and get in touch with IITE students.
According to officials at IITE, the website will act as a bridge between students and schools wishing to hire professionally trained and qualified teachers. Students who register on the website will also get special extensive training to clear interviews for schools affiliated to different education boards.
