Booking hotels through online channels isn't something that is particularly popular in the Philippines. With a plethora of fake online sites, online travel scams, and information pushing, and credit card-online requirements, many Filipinos end up forgoing travel plans to avoid the hassle entirely.

Here to assist and help overcome these challenges, Traveloka, an online booking platform, introduces its newest marketing campaign – Tita T, an embodiment of everyone’s favorite and most knowledgeable member of the Filipino family. “Tita T is a campaign that aims to boost the confidence of Filipinos to book their travel needs, particularly accommodations, online. There are only a few reputable online travel platforms that can provide them what they need at the tap of their fingers. Traveloka is one of them, continuously innovating to provide Filipinos the best experience and more accessibility when it comes to booking their hotels online,” said Miguel Capistrano III, Country Market Manager for Accommodations of Traveloka Philippines.
