Vaco announces new acquisition in Texas executive search firm, Aventine Hill

Talent and solutions firm Vaco has recently announced the acquisition of San Antonio, Texas's premier advisory, consulting, and executive search firm Aventine Hill Partners (AHP). The deal was closed on February 15th, 2019, and together the two companies hope to combine their efforts and resources to become a major contender in the talent solutions industry, with more than 10,000 clients already under the belt.

Since summer of 2006, Vaco's influence within Texas has been steadily growing after they landed in Dallas. Vaco, a 16 year old company out of Tennessee, currently boasts of a strong position in Texas now running offices in Dallas, Austin, and Houston. Adding Aventine Hill to that list pushes the company's growth to over 40 different markets across the world.

As apart of San Antonio's biggest regional professional services firm, Aventine Hill is ready to bring in more clients and employees into Vaco's deep client portfolio.

The companies confirm that no leadership changes will be made due to the acquisition, and Beth Hair will remain as AHP President while working closes with Vaco operations Executive Partner Leslie Hector.
