Zillow has a number of advertisement packages for various types of properties listable on its site. The company has just announced that it is expanding its four-tiered Rent Connect marketing packages offers nationwide in a move to simplify multifamily advertising.

These packages were originally available for just 12 states across the country. After seeing raving success, the company is ready to offer it to all 50.

Michael Sherman, Vice President of Zillow Rentals said:

"The new Rent Connect packages bring together formerly stand-alone options into a single solution that removes uncertainty, saves our partners time, and arms them with valuable market and property insights."

Rent Connect’s marketing packages streamline the marketing process for multifamily properties, offering property managers of these establishments more control over who gets to see the listings.

Jeff French, Director of Sales and Marketing at Ardent Communities gave testimony after testing out the new deal:

"Ardent Communities has been a Zillow Rentals partner for several years and we trust Zillow with our entire portfolio because of their customer service, lead quantity and quality. Now that we've upgraded to the new Zillow Rent Connect Premium package, we've added a substantial amount of exposure for our communities that extends to Facebook and Instagram, and I would highly recommend advertising with Zillow Rentals for anyone needing multifamily advertising."

The premium packages under this new product offering work with social media in a seamless way to maximize audience engagement. This package covers Facebook and Instagram ad placement, email placement to local renters, and Instagram Story ad placement.
