In a move to hit the popular parts of the internet with its advertising, Zoopla is launching a Pinterest ads offering for its users.

Through Adreach, a lead generation product offered by Zoopla, developers and agents can now advertise their listings on popular image sharing website and app, Pinterest, in the form of targeted campaigns.

Zoopla explained in a statement:

“The campaigns, which take advantage of Pinterest’s high commercial-intent audiences and popularity among aspirational home movers, are supported by AdReach’s powerful retargeting capabilities.”

Displayed as ‘Promoted Pins,’ the campaign ads show off the development or listing in highly visual images and videos with captions that outline the specific details of the listings. Users can save, pin, and share these ads.

Alex Rose, Director of New Homes at Zoopla, said:

“Pinterest is the ideal platform for inspiration for those with an interest in all things home. 85% of users use it to plan key life moments, and we know that it has become a hub of inspiration for home movers - with 43% of users planning to purchase their dream home within the next five years. Pinterest is, quite simply, where the motivated home movers are.

“But it’s also an untapped opportunity and presents genuine scope for the new homes industry to take a market leading position to target home hunters on Pinterest and Zoopla is proud to be at the forefront of this.”
