Linkhome has signed a strategic technology partnership with Beike Realsee Technology Limited, the 3D visualisation arm of KE Holdings Inc., as part of a broader push to expand its AI platform capabilities in real estate.
The agreement covers joint development and deployment of AI-powered property visualisation tools, including Realsee’s 3D scanning systems and Linkhome AI’s transaction-layer intelligence.
Product integrations will include AI-generated listing videos; automated home-staging renderings for renovations and interior visuals; and immersive 3D tour experiences.
The companies will initially focus on deploying 'visualisation-as-a-service' tools for agents and brokerages. Monetisation is expected through Linkhome’s SaaS offering and premium content packages.
Bill Qin, CEO at Linkhome, said:
"This collaboration significantly enhances our product capabilities and global technology network. Real estate is the largest industry in the United States, accounting for about 18% of GDP. It is also Americans’ biggest expense—far exceeding transportation, food, and insurance. Yet the way people experience real estate remains outdated. Linkhome is committed to using the most advanced AI technologies, and through this collaboration, by integrating Realsee’s cutting-edge visualisation solutions with our AI transaction platform, we aim to deliver a better home-search experience for U.S. users."
Realsee currently operates the world’s largest 3D spatial database, with over 50 million spaces replicated and more than 600 patents globally. The partnership is positioned as a cornerstone in Linkhome’s international product roadmap, with expected impacts on user engagement and conversion metrics. Management cited long-term shareholder value and competitive differentiation as key drivers.
International property portal Kyero has returned to independent ownership after Spanish and Portuguese regulators blocked its proposed acquisition by Idealista. The deal, signed in December 2024, was subject to regulatory review throughout 2025 and has now been formally terminated.
Co-founder Louise Dell said:
"For much of the past year, we’ve had to operate under tight restrictions while the competition authorities conducted their reviews. We couldn’t move as quickly or creatively as we’re used to—and that was hard for a company that’s built on agility. Now that we’re fully independent again, we’ve wasted no time in getting back to what we do best: building smarter tools that help agents connect with international buyers."
Kyero has since accelerated product development efforts, with a renewed focus on its PrimeAI platform. Launched in June 2024, PrimeAI has reportedly increased leads by up to six times and search impressions by seven times for estate agents. Additional features, including an interactive map search and a total cost of buying calculator, are aimed at improving the overseas buyer journey. On the agent side, enhanced performance analytics and flexible monthly pricing have been introduced to simplify international marketing.
Co-founder Martin Dell said:
“This experience has made us stronger. We’ve re-energised the business, refocused our product roadmap, and recommitted to being the independent, agent-first portal for international buyers in Southern Europe.”
Kyero reports more than 1.6 million international users per month across listings in Spain, Portugal, France, and Italy.
Modelprop founder Mal McCallion has revealed his AI-powered portal, MyPorta.
Previously codenamed ‘IntelProp’ and driven by feedback from the ‘Rightmove Resistance Tour’ that CEO Mal McCallion undertook in summer 2025 – meeting hundreds of agents across 60 UK locations in 60 days–the power of MyPorta comes from its 2,750 branch membership and rising.
McCallion toured 60 regions in 60 days on his so-called 'Rightmove Resistance Tour' this summer, saying AI is offering a "one-off, time-limited opportunity to set you free from decades of dominant portal control."
The new portal, briefly demoed at the Proptech and Portal Watch conference in Madrid in October, offers highly personalised search results for users using freeform search.
McCallion said:
“We believe home search should be inspired - reflective of the depth of someone’s life and future - not just a grid of properties that a portal wants you to see. With MyPorta, we’re flipping the script: the search adapts to the person, not the other way around. And we’re also flipping how dominant property platforms make money. The future of portals is built from revenue gained through great service to consumers – not relentlessly grabbing as much as possible from hard-pressed estate and letting agents.
"MyPorta is here to change all of this. We’re taking a stand against the self-interest of these traditional power portals to work with great estate and letting agents. We will provide free listings – forever – for those joining us on this journey.
