Opendoor Boosts its Leadership Team with New Hire from GoDaddy

An executive at GoDaddy has joined iBuyer giant, Opendoor, as its new President, announced Co-Founder and CEO Eric Wu in a blog post. Andrew Low Ah Kee is replacing Julie Todaro as she takes early retirement. 

In this role, Low Ah Kee will be the center of driving operational efficiency across all of Opendoor as it looks to expand into new markets and optimize its services. 

He isn’t the first in a new wave of leadership shakeups, Opendoor has scored talent from Netflix with Tom Willerer, and TPG with Carrie Wheeler. Last month, Opendoor appointed a former Ken Griffin’s Citadel executive as Opendoor’s new Chief Investment Officer. 

This news comes in the wake of the company looking to go public after merging with SPAC earlier this year.
