Virtual tours have been around long before the pandemic. But, lockdowns and safety precautions have revealed how useful the technology is and is expected to become an industry norm long after things go back to normal. Property portals have been implementing virtual tours to meet consumer needs and new platforms have launched to get their own slice of the cake.

One such is Townify, the brainchild of proptech Zigzy. Now out of beta, Townify allows real estate agents to host virtual open houses for those too cautious about seeing a home in person.

The Townify platform is an all-in-one, offering a single place to schedule and host virtual open houses.

Townify offers some of the top CRM systems to make the process even easier for agents who already have a system in place. Likewise, CRM providers can add Townify to their own offerings for agents.

Virtual tours are bigger now more than ever and this is the perfect time to launch a platform like Townify. In celebration, the platform is even hosting a virtual seminar to spread the word about its tech offerings and how the pandemic is revolutionizing the proptech world.
