Bidding is a popular business model in the Irish real estate world. Property auctions tend to be more popular when home hunting for property in the Emerald Isles.

Real Estate Alliance, a property professionals group that holds presence across the country, is dipping its toes into real estate bidding with a new platform dedicated to auctions and sales.

BidNow.ie is a new avenue for agents to sell properties through online auctions, private treaty sales, and live-streamed in-person auctions all in one place. A direct challenger to portals like Daft.ie, BidNow.ie is backed by Real Estate Alliance’s 55 member agencies, and an already deep understanding of property auctions and what can be worked upon to better the experience for the modern home hunter.

Fully online capabilities are more important now than ever with the COVID crisis continuing its global rampage. BidNow.ie allows for streamed auctions to be viewed and participated in through its platform, as well as allow agents to schedule auctions online, and provide online private treaties.
