Cushman & Wakefield expands into coworking, launching Indego

Cushman & Wakefield is the last company to launch coworking after Cbre with its Hana brand, and Knight Frank through Yours with Work.life at the end of last year.

The company has launched into the flexible office market with the firm Indego. The company offers owners design, construction and marketing services.

Cushman & Wakefield's growth is focused on the main European markets, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and Poland.

The head of Indego is Emma Swinnerton, who was the Commercial Director of the Spaces brand until 2018. The company's first customer will be Arlington, according to Property Week.

Winnerton said:

"Indego enables our clients to meet the rapidly growing demand for flexible workspace - and the improved returns it offers - on their terms."
