Bien'ici, a French, agent-owned property portal, is bringing a new solution to its real estate developer userbase. Called Program Launch Pack Didier Monnet, Deputy Managing Director, Commerce & Development of Bien’ici explained that it offers developers top-of-the-line tools and services in order to help them launch successful programs.

Program Launch Pack provides marketing teams with all the tools necessary to launch a program through sales support products and communication avenues which leads to contact generation in order to reach the biggest pool of potential buyers possible.

Utilizing 3D capabilities and valuation technology, Program Launch Pack helps developers a way to marry finding buyers with accelerating sales to pull in a profit easily and quickly before construction even begins on construction of the project.

The program works in two phases: the promotional phase and the launch phase. Program Launch Pack aids from the beginning idea of a project to the end of marketing. Users can begin promoting the project through a preview on bienici.com before the official marketing campaign launches. Users can then organize events and other promotional activities for their project. Events developed through the Program Launch Pack will be further promoted on Bien’ici’s blog and various newsletters.

The 3D modeling via the Program Launch Pack offers another layer of visual promotional content that will help potential buyers a way to contextualize the end result of the project and where it would sit in relation to schools, shops, transportation, and more.

During the launch phase, Bien’ici will promote the project on its website while the project developers will be able to promote the project the same way via other avenues of their choice.

Bien’ici isn’t stopping here. It has huge plans for the near future. Its team specializes in 3D modeling, which is growing in popularity within the real estate industry. The company says they have a number of offers and services dedicated to a ‘new real estate sector’ in the works. Bien’ici says its main goal is to continue to support developers and the further digitization of the real estate industry.
