SeLoger Group luxury portals Belle Demeures and Lux Residence are to offer a combined listings package for French agents. The two portals have reportedly seen record traffic over Q1 with 3.1 million monthly visits between the two sites (representing a 50% year-on-year increase) and SeLoger is now combining their offer to attract more business as Europe prepares for the grand re-opening which many anticipate as vaccine rates increase on the continent. Both portals are part of the market-leading Seloger group which is in turn operated by the AVIV Group, the classifieds division of German publishing powerhouse Axel Springer.

According to an interview with Seloger's Luxury Markets Manager Solange Roblot in French agency publication Immomatin, the group has invested heavily in the resilient luxury real estate sector including launching a rebranding of the Côte d'Azur focussed Lux Residence and a new version of its portal. The two portals apparently have very little overlap in terms of user base with Roblot quoted as saying that there is only a 12% common audience between the two sites.

The move to integrate listings packages from the two portals is a logical step for SeLoger Group and follows a similar move from Adevinta owned Spanish portals Fotocasa, Habitaclia and Milanuncios in February. There has also been speculation that idealista might follow suit in its Italian market where it owns and operates both the eponymous idealista.it as well as the #3 portal casa.it.
