Zumper is busting out the innovation with a new AI-backed product that it claims will bring in rental leads. Called PowerLeads AI, the new feature will analyze renter behavior and predict the likelihood of a lease getting signed for a specific apartment.

In a press release about the product, Zumper said:

“Leasing consultants report current industry methods for managing leads are not only highly inefficient and frustrating, they’re also one of the industry’s most significant challenges.

“By proactively identifying prospective renters who are more likely to lease immediately, both renters and leasing consultants benefit from a far more efficient, personalized experience.”

With the launch of this new product, Zumper looks to offer confidence to renters and landlords, alike.

PowerLeads AI works in three specific ways. First, through renter behavior analytics, it identifies renters that are more likely to enter into a lease and flags them for property managers. Then, it matches renters with apartments that best fit their needs via 50 unique characteristics. Finally, it provides real-time updates on a prospective renter’s interests so that leasing agents can adapt to that renter’s specific needs.

Zumper Chief Growth Officer Tanguy Le Louarn said in a statement:

“Our studies showed that the vast majority of leasing teams want a way to understand which prospects are more likely to lease, so we knew that it was vital to solve this challenge with an industry-first solution

“In fact, 78 percent believe having more data on prospects would help them convert more leads. By using cutting edge AI and machine learning to provide predictive insights and data, we’ll not only provide higher quality leads, we’ll also enable a faster leasing process.”
