Ajar offers another option for landlords and property managers conduct business with their tenants, streamlining the rent, utilities, and other home-related expenses processes to allow them on the go.

Ajar Online, the leading property management and rent collection platform in the Middle East, is now empowering tenants in the UAE to pay their rent wherever, whenever, and however they want - while saving hundreds of dirhams every month.

Instead of being chased down by landlords and property managers, tenants can now pay their rent, utilities, and other home-related expenses on the go using their preferred payment method with Ajar. Through an SMS or email link, Ajar allows tenants to choose between paying with a credit or debit card, or even making a deposit at one of its 150+ Pay@Partner collection points.

Ajar has also launched a loyalty program - dubbed AjarRewards - which gives tenants who pay online exclusive discounts, cashbacks, and giveaways every month. So tenants not only accumulate air miles and points on their credit cards when paying online, but they also enjoy rewards on home-related products and services through Ajar. Companies such as Sanadeeg, Careem, and the Laundry Portal have already jumped onboard as partners, with Ajar aiming for a list of 100 rewards partners in Q1 2020 that include home essentials such as groceries, transportation, laundry, and more.
