Operto Guest Technologies recently announced it has entered a partnership and integration between Operto's Smart Stay property automation solution with Expedia Group Multifamily Solutions.

Operto – from the Italian word aperto; meaning to open – enables property managers and hosts to enhance their operations, making them more efficient and providing an elevated guest experience through a curated range of smart home technology. Operto’s purpose-built software aims to make this technology meaningful in a commercial setting.

Expedia Group Multifamily Solutions combines ApartmentJet, a software solution enabling the rental of guest suites in multifamily communities, and Pillow, a software solution that helps building owners and managers empower their long-term residents to rent out their residences, to provide tenants and landlords with a legal and flexible way to participate in the short-term rental movement.

For a limited time, current or new Expedia Group Multifamily Solutions clients in the United States will receive free hardware, free installation and an ongoing $10 credit per month from Expedia Group for deploying Operto’s Professional Plus package (normally $39.99/ month).

Expedia Group Multifamily Solutions General Manager Eric Broughton said:

“Our focus is to help the multifamily industry have all the solutions they need in one place.

“By partnering with Operto,  we can rapidly scale a world-class automation solution and provide amazing service to our multifamily clients and their guests. It’s a top-notch solution."
