Lone Wolf is continuing to boost its zipForm® Plus service with more integrations.

Lone Wolf Technologies, a proptech firm based out of the US, has recently announced the launch of a new feature called Lone Wolf Link. This innovative service is borne of the integration between zipForm® Plus and brokerWOLF and is among the first major enhancements for zipForm® Plus since Lone Wolf acquired zipLogix in April 2019.

Link is a two-way integration that processes more than 150 fields of transaction data, including property information, closing information, conditions, contracts, documents, referrals, trust deposits, agent commission information and more. The integration sends this data between zipForm® Plus and brokerWOLF in real time, ensuring that agents always have the same transaction information needed and can update the back office with changes as soon as they occur and vice, versa.

"We're extremely proud to launch Link for zipForm® Plus. We acquired zipLogix earlier this year with the greater goal of combining our resources and transforming the way transactions are done, industry-wide. Link is the biggest step yet toward fulfilling this goal. With Link, agents and the back office can work effortlessly together on transactions in real time. This kind of connectivity is unheard of in the real estate industry. We're thrilled to deliver Link to our valued customers today and do our part to make real estate transactions simpler for all."

— Jimmy Kelly, CEO of Lone Wolf

ZipForm® Plus is offered to more than a million agents in the US as a national transaction management member benefit. It provides a broad suite of agent transaction management tools like forms, document storage space, dashboards and more. With the brokerage edition of the solution, zipTMS® Broker, brokers can utilize its top-of-the-line features that include file review, reporting and compliance. BrokerWOLF, on the other hand, is a real estate solution for back office management which provides more than 4,500 brokerages and 10,000 offices across North America with tools for accounting, commissions, agent management, business intelligence and more. Link connects these features into a on-stop shop for all real estate professional needs.

"I can't overstate how important Link for zipForm® Plus is to the real estate industry. It connects the industry's top solutions for transaction management and back office and accounting, and makes it possible for nearly every real estate agent using zipForm® Plus to communicate with their back office in real time, should their brokerage also be using brokerWOLF. Lone Wolf is the only company that can offer this groundbreaking integration and we're thrilled to bring it to the real estate industry today."
