Shwe Property announces winners at 2019 Myanmar National Real Estate Awards winners

The Awards Gala Night was held at Novotel Yangon Max marking the completion of the Myanmar National Real Estate Awards, powered by ShweProperty.com.

In its first year ever, the Myanmar National Real Estate Awards has risen to become one of the largest and most recognized property awards platform in the country, receiving over 120+ applications from across the nation in both commercial and residential projects, with 46 winners, in 20 awards categories. The night was attended by over 450+ guests, including several C-Level executives, comprising the most prestigious property developers in Myanmar.

The event was verified by Deloitte Myanmar, backed by a star-studded International and Local Judging panel with expertise in all aspects of real estate development. The panel consisted of Honorary Judge - Prof. Dr Aung Tun Htet (former economic advisor to the President of Myanmar), Head Judge - Richard Emerson (MD of Emerson Real Estate) and 8 more experienced judges who presented the awards to the winners during the Gala Night.

The 2019 Industry Influencer of the Year Award, one of the most coveted Best of the Best awards was presented to U Shein Win, President and Chairman of the Myanmar Construction Entrepreneurs Federation (MCEF).
