Agents affiliated with Realogy lead the Top 250 of the NAHREP

Realogy is well represented in the recently released 2019 Top 250 Latino Agents report from the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®) . The ranking, which brings together the 250 most important Hispanic real estate agents by number of home sales transactions, this time includes 77 independent sales agents - almost a third of the list - affiliated with Realogy brands, including CENTURY 21 ^®, Coldwell Banker ^®, Corcoran ^®, ERA ^®, Sotheby's International Realty ^® and Better Homes and Gardens^® Real Estate. In total, 211 agents affiliated with the Realogy brands obtained 334 awards in multiple award categories, such as the top millennial agents, the top agents by volume and the top agents in the main market regions.

• 77 of the Top 250 agents per number of transactions, including CENTURY 21 (34), Coldwell Banker (24), ERA (14), Sotheby's International Realty (3) and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (2).
• 334 awards in total honoring 211 agents, including CENTURY 21 (138), Coldwell Banker (125), ERA (44), Sotheby's International Realty (18), Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (7) and Corcoran (2)
• 35 of the Top 100 agents by sales volume, including CENTURY 21 Real Estate (7), Coldwell Banker Real Estate (16), ERA Franchise Systems (4), Sotheby's International Realty (6), Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate (1 ) and Corcoran (1).
• Century 21 (34) and Coldwell Banker (24) were two of the Top 3 franchise brands.
• Strong performance in all regions: 55 of the Northeast's Top 100; 53 of the Top 100 of the south; 34 of the Top 100 of the west; 21 of the Top 100 of the Midwest; and 31 the Top 100 of Texas .
• The No. 1 agent millennial by number of transactions and agent No. 1 by number of transactions in Texas was Eder Gallardo , from ERA Sellers & Buyers Real Estate El Paso East, El Paso, Texas; 12 of the 50 best millennial agents.
• Coldwell Banker agents were awarded the first two positions by number of transactions in the Northeast region: No. 1 was David Quinones, Coldwell Banker Garden State, Fair Lawn, New Jersey, and No.2 was Ricardo Rodriguez, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Boston, Massachusetts. Rodríguez was the No.1 agent for sales volume in the Top 250 of 2018.

According to NAHREP, the agents of this year's Top 250 list come from 35 states and Puerto Rico and represent a combined total of more than 25,000 closed transactions and a combined sales volume of $ 6.67 billion during 2018. nominations for the Top 250 list came from large markets in the United States, with El Paso, San Antonio and Chicago being the most represented cities. The honorees will receive special recognition at the National Convention 2019 of the NAHREP in San Diego, California, from September 26 to 29, 2019.
