The Myanmar National Real Estate Awards 2019 will celebrate and reward the country’s best property developers contributing to country, the economy, the local property market, and uplift the Myanmar Property Market to become a leader in South East Asia.
This will be a totally inclusive award program for all Developers and Construction companies across the widest spectrum of the local Real Estate market, including all luxury, affordable, social, heritage, any location or size (big or small) and all types of developments.
The Myanmar National Real Estate Awards 2019 will recognize 51 Awards Winners, across 23 Awards Categories such as Residential Developers, Commercial Developers, and unique categories that contribute to the l property market.
Judged by a reputable and highly respected local & International Judging Committee with Honorary Judge, Dr. Aung Tun Thet (Former Economic Adviser to the President of Myanmar) and Head Judge, Richard Emerson (Managing Director of Emerson Real Estate). Comprising also of a total of 10 judges (6 local and 4 international judges) on the Panel with the official Verifying Partner being Deloitte, who will be looking for the highest standards in excellence, professionalism, and Innovation in each awards category.
The Official Corporate opening and launch will be held at Novotel Yangon Max as the exclusive Venue Partner, on Tuesday May 28th at 3 pm.
Over 350 Property Developers and more than 100 Media partners are expected to join the event with category entries opening on the following day May 29th until July 31st.
The Myanmar National Real Estate Awards 2019 is designed to be a industry raising platform at a national level across the entire nation.
The Awards Night and Gala Dinner will be held on Friday October 4th, 2019 at Novotel Yangon Max Grand Ball room with over 600 attendees from the Nation’s Finest Property Developers, and will be broadcast live on TV throughout the Country.
The premier event will be supported by JobNet.com.mm, who also contributes to Myanmar’s Nation building, through their already very successful Myanmar Employer Awards program.
Entry fee is only US$ 70 per individual category and there are no additional or ongoing licensing fees.

With a proven track record in all Sales and Marketing, Operations, and Finance, Kevin has the experience and expertise to lead and shape the Real Estate market.
Kaung Thu Win studied Computer Science at the London Metropolitan University in the UK, then moved to Singapore to gain significant software development experience, working with a number of SME and international software development firms.
He developed various software solutions including applications for an advertising agency, call center, accounting software, a media company and even the medical industry. His working knowledge also includes various programming methodologies, Design frameworks and Structured System Analysis and Design Methodologies.
