Buddy Lee, a real estate professional in the game for 20-something years, has recently developed Seven Hills Auctions, a platform to sell commercial and residential real estate throughout the Southeast in both live and online auctions. Seven Hills Auctions has already set up its first three online events which will have 34 properties up for sale in total.

Lee stated that when it comes to the new company's business model, flexibility is the key.

"We can offer live auctions with simulcast as well as timed online bidding, and we can adapt for more situations. If assets are clustered into a small area, a live auction may work best. But when you're selling in different parts of the country, an online auction may get the best results," said Lee.

Seven Hills Auctions will hold its first auction online with 14 properties located in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina. The auction will end early May and features waterfront homes in Eastman, Georgia, as well as a commercial building in Kingsland, Georgia, another waterfront home on Gowie in Waverly, and more.

As for the second auction, it will feature nine properties including homes on LAke Lanier and Lake Seminole. Additional sites are located in Crawfordville, Florida and Lanark Village, Florida, and commercial buildings in Marshalville, Georgia. The bidding ends mid-May.

The third auction includes 12 Alabama properties, with bidding closing at the end of May. "Nine of these are in Eufaula, Alabama, including an entire subdivision on the lake, a 15-acre tract on the lake, and other lots on the lake. We also have a seven-acre tract inside the Country Club of Alabama," said Lee.
