Property management software provider in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, Maisonette, was at the UAE-based annual real estate conference, Cityscape Abu Dhabi, where it exhibited its software solution to the event goers.

Maisonette's software provides a seamless experience from start to end for the real estate business cycles by automating all business functions. It enables effective co-ordination and communication among departments from operations, finance and facility management, said the company in a statement.

Maisonette’s participation in Cityscape Abu Dhabi highlights the role of proptech in providing smart solutions as the company aims to contribute to the proptech revolution within the region by providing an all-integrated ERP & CRM solution that transforms the real estate operations through automating all business functions.

The proptech company has been providing smart solutions for property management companies and real estate developers for more than years; Maisonette services and solutions manage around 60,000 units for medium to large real estate companies across the MENA region.

Specialized and customized for the real estate industry, Maisonette is an all-in-one integrated ERP and  CRM software that streamlines most of the operations in a real estate company, providing a fully-integrated cycle for operations, finance, sales, customer care, and facility management, in order to maximize the company’s revenue and optimize the operations cost, said the statement.

Maisonette said it automates cross-departmental operations within a real estate company, streamlining and linking tasks of separate departments.

This technology reduces operations costs up to 30%, and increases the productivity of employees. By providing a user-friendly experience, the software is cost-effective and quick to implement, as it is built specifically for the real estate market. Maisonette is also launching a smart mobile app for maintenance requests by tenants, it added.
