There's a new platform for those who are looking for adventures in the mountains that include snowsports. SnowOnly.com lets users buy and sell accommodation and access to update resort information, and is looking to disrupt the ski property sector with its all-in-one platform.

The keen skier and former estate agency director now has some 4,000 properties listed on the site, from single bedroom apartments to multi-room chalets, that broaden searches and save time for customers.

“For the first time, potential purchasers of ski accommodation only need to look in one place to view a wide range of properties in resorts globally instead of having to seek them out from multiple property sites or by visiting many local agents,” explains Founder Mark Lightfoot, adding: “SnowOnly.com does not take a commission on the sales, the decision is left to the consumer to find the best property for their needs with no sales pitch.”

Fully operational ski hotel businesses can also be advertised for sale and SnowOnly.com says it does due diligence with all agents listed on the portal.

“In addition to speaking to all personally, the team check their online presence, current listings and brand,” says Lightfoot.

The resort guides supporting the property information include ski season dates, ski pass prices, lifts and slopes and reliability of snow with details on artificial snow-making capabilities and snow depth histories.
