Two digital marketing suppliers to the property industry have announced an integration devised to help estate and letting agents nurture the leads they generate.

The partnership between The ValPal Network and BriefYourMarket.com will provide agents with the tools they need to seamlessly market to prospective clients who have requested an instant online valuation.

The integration means all leads generated by an agent's ValPal tool can now be fed automatically into their BriefYourMarket.com account without any additional administration work.

Agents can then use the range of marketing tools available to them via BriefYourMarket.com to nurture these leads and increase their chances of taking on more instructions.

Commenting on the partnership, BriefYourMarket.com’s Chief Commercial Officer, Richard Combellack, says: “We’re seeing outstanding results from the integration already, with a mutual client – Roberts Estate Agents, based in Wales – receiving over 261 qualified valuation leads from a single email campaign sent via BriefYourMarket.com.”

Residential sales director at Roberts, Katie Darlow, adds: “Following the send, the ValPal Network rang me and said: ‘what have you done? You’ve had more leads come through in a week than most agents have in a month’; a normal company would be doing extremely well if they had 300 requests in a month. And in that week, we had 261 completed requests across ten branches.”

Combellack continues: “These kinds of results completely justify the dominance that agents can have when they implement a highly-effective marketing strategy with the right tools. So, we're delighted that members of The ValPal Network can integrate with BriefYourMarket.com.”

“Both of our organisations offer a market-leading service to agents, and by combining these powerful tools together, the proposition becomes invaluable for agents who are looking to grow their market share, increase revenue and – ultimately – win more business in the future.”

Craig Vile, Director of The ValPal Network, explains: “Nurturing leads is an extremely important part of the overall marketing process and it's something that not all are doing effectively.”

He says that not all prospective clients are ready to instruct right away and that it's therefore important to nurture them so the agent's brand is fresh in their mind when they are ready to sell or let a property.

“An effective stay-in-touch policy can help agents to increase their instructions and reduce the chances of prospects going to a competitor at a later date,” says Vile.

“The power of ValPal's traffic conversion and lead generation combined with BriefYourMarket.com's unrivalled nurturing tools can give agents the upper hand when it comes to taking on more instructions at a time when stock can be hard to come by as the market remains slow.”

Alongside supplying an award-winning instant online valuation tool, The ValPal Network – which consists of over 800 agency brands with over 4,000 offices – provides a range of additional products for estate and letting agents.

These include live chat service, ChatPal, and branding and design tool DesignPal, alongside training webinars and unlimited marketing advice.

There is also the soon-to-be-launched MovePal, a consumer moving hub which agents can use to generate revenue from referrals, as well as PortalPal, which will qualify buyer and tenant leads generated by the leading portals.
