Rental Beast, the only fully integrated SaaS platform in the real estate market with a comprehensive listing database of over six million rentals nationwide, announced it is integrating their rental application tool, Apply Now, with the real estate portal, HomeFinder.com.

Rental Beast is an end-to-end leasing platform with access to more than six million residential rental listings across the United States, which are not found on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). It provides a unique and holistic experience to the rental market by offering its brokerage firm partners and real estate agents the largest rental inventory, a large pool of consumer leads and lead generation platform and the most cutting-edge industry tools and effective agent training.

Apply Now, Rental Beast’s free, online application tool simplifies the application process for all parties involved. It allows brokers, agents, landlords, and tenants to track and view the rental application from its inception, to completion. It provides a credit check, a background check, and an eviction history.

HomeFinder.com and its predecessor, Homescape.com, has been online serving consumers since 1999, making it the oldest surviving real estate portal in the country. The iconic real estate portal was recently acquired in February of 2017 by a group of entrepreneurs from Orange County, California and currently has offices in Irvine, CA; Chicago, IL; Gainesville, FL. and Baltimore, MD.

This partnership will fuse Apply Now with all listings found on HomeFinder.com allowing their clients to easily process multitudes of applications. HomeFinder gets access to a quick, and easy-to-use application tool, that provides an eviction history, a background check, and a credit check.  Rental Beast is proud to feature its application tool on all HomeFinder listings.

“Apply Now simplifies the application process for all parties involved.  It keeps agents front and center during the transaction, allowing them to better serve their clients.  This integration should get prospective tenants approved faster and streamline the leasing process” said Ishay Grinberg, President and Founder of Rental Beast.

"The addition of ‘Apply Now’ further enhances our user interface by seamlessly enabling our consumers to apply for rental properties while on the HomeFinder.com website. We are delighted to continue establishing our presence as the most consumer friendly real estate portal in the industry,” stated Michael Sawtell, CEO of The HomeFinder Group.

Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Rental Beast has expanded to 14 markets across the United States.
