The British social network for house buyers and sellers, PropertyHeads, has partnered with global property information and analytics platform CoreLogic in a move that will see the portal’s more than 10,000 real estate agents get access to CoreLogic’s property marketing services.

According to PropertyHeads, this initiative is the first step in a broader collaboration that will encompass many new solutions for brands and services that target home movers and home improvers.

PropertyHeads is used as a property search and comparison tool, and it enables profiles to be created based on property preferences or market interests. It also facilitates social networking between connected parties.

It is challenging traditional property portals by connecting consumers, agents and property related businesses onto a single social platform, with information on 30 million homes across the United Kingdom.

Having a direct link into CoreLogic’s property marketing services will provide a marketing resource for real estate agents to access. Available services will include photography, drones, virtual tours, floor plans, video, EPCs and brochure design, along with access to the CoreLogic Floor Plan mobile app and SMARTList product.

Ben Davis, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PropertyHeads, said: “Our agent marketing solutions form a crucial part of our growth strategy and our partnership with CoreLogic represents an important next step in that regard. We’ve already registered a comprehensive share of the agency market in the short time that we’ve been around, and the additional marketing services offered by CoreLogic, who are renowned for their quality, reliability and accuracy, will add another layer to the impressive tool kit we offer to our members.”

Stewart McRae, Sales and Marketing Director at CoreLogic UK, said: “We’re delighted to join forces with PropertyHeads, and we are confident that the partnership will add another tangible benefit for members of the social networking site. This particular joint venture is just at the start of a number of opportunities where PropertyHeads and CoreLogic can work together to leverage our property data to provide deeper insights for PropertyHeads members. Both companies are committed to creating digital solutions that drive innovation in the property services industry, ultimately enabling consumers to make smarter property related decisions.”

PropertyHeads was founded in 2018 by former investment manager Ben Davis, and the company has since registered more than 10,000 property businesses. It holds data on almost 30 million homes across the United Kingdom.

CoreLogic U.K. is a leading provider of software, data and analytical insights which support the United Kingdom property services industry. CoreLogic U.K. is a wholly owned subsidiary of New York-listed CoreLogic Inc., the largest global provider of property information.
