Realtor.com has entered a partnership with brokerage NextHome.
As part of the agreement, NextHome agents will be able to use Realtor.com products, including the ReadyConnect Concierge service that pre-screens and live-transfers leads to agents at no up-front cost, with Realtor.com taking a percentage of any commission when a deal is finalized.
NextHome's 5,500 real estate agents, spread across over 600 franchises across the US, join 180,000 Realtor.com ReadyConnect Concierge customers.
Other Realtor.com products that NextHome agents will be able to use include the lead generation and conversion tool Connections Plus, digital marketing solution Local Expert, and predictive insights tool Enhanced Listing Intelligence.
