The job search grind is annoying, even for well-established and trained workers. But it's all the more burdensome if the right training is missing from the equation - after a few applications and many rejections, frustration often follows.

If an application is successful, however, the employer and the candidate must agree on an appointment for an interview. The entire procedure can take a few days or even weeks to complete. The recruiter CaptainJobs has created a platform on which applicants can search for jobs without training and book their own job interview without complicated procedures.

"Finding jobs without training is difficult for most people," said Konstantin Paletta, one of the leaders of Captain Jobs. "We want to open up new perspectives for these people and help them to continue their professional development - despite the lack of training."

For this purpose, the company works together with renowned temporary employment agencies. "In this way, we can offer applicants the widest possible choice of job opportunities," said Paletta. In addition, Captain Jobs specifically targets companies that may be interested in getting jobs without training.

On the platform, potential applicants can filter their location, part-time or full-time jobs, with or without training, for a customized list of eligible positions. If the user feels compelled by any ad, they can obtain additional information about the job offered and then apply with the click of a mouse.

"Our goal is to speed up the application process," assures Paletta. The company advertises that an application takes less than two minutes to process. And indeed, suitable applicants simply have to leave their contact details in order to apply. Some job advertisements require applicants to book their interviews themselves.

Up to now, CaptainJobs offers its placement in the cities of Berlin, Bochum, Dusseldorf, Munich, Ingolstadt, Nuremberg, Regensburg and Würzburg. In the future, the company wants to expand to other cities throughout Germany.
