Accelerating digital transformation

Safran Electrical & Power's ambition is to accelerate its transformation and optimize its HR processes, in order to create an improved employee and managerial experience. With this in mind, CGI has been entrusted with the configuration and deployment of the Horoquartz eTemptation solution, which aims to optimize, simplify, and streamline major employee engagement faculties including time and scheduling management, as well as improving activity moderation.

Dominique Rousseau, Head of Information Systems, Processes & Digital Transformation at Safran, commented: "The deployment of this solution on twenty of our sites is a strategic element in our approach to optimize our HR processes and improve the daily relationship with our employees. We chose CGI for its experience in piloting major deployment programs in France and internationally, its ability to support us on the consulting dimension and its perfect mastery of the solution."

Six countries and twenty production sites involved

The CGI team built the entire Core Model and deployed the solution on seven sites in France. Building on this success, other deployments were launched in three plants in Morocco, and another seven sites in India, the United States, Mexico, and Germany. CGI provides project management assistance, design, and facility configuration, as well as supporting the component dedicated to the development of the solution in order to adapt it to the legislation in force in the various countries concerned.

"We are proud to support Safran Electrical & Power in its digital transformation through this major project that will allow it to improve its HR processes and gain agility," said Laurent Gerin, Senior Vice President of CGI Italy. "Our teams are fully invested alongside our client to achieve this major deployment. I am convinced that our industrial skills, able to offer our clients a variety of services and a unique responsiveness, coupled with our global network and the expertise of our teams in Human Resources have allowed us to win these contracts."
