In this context, Expotrade Middle East, organizers of the leading property technology focused conference in the region, PropTech Middle East have announced the dates for the second edition of the conference. The conference will be held later this year on 4^th and 5^th November at Habtoor Grand Resort, Dubai.

More than 400 senior real estate professionals representing property developers, facilities management, consultants and property management will attend this conference to learn about the industry trends and developments in this region’s property sector. The two-day conference will cover the nuances of the property technology industry with topics on Dubai’s proptech market, smart contracts, automated property management, importance of data analytics in real estate, and using AR & VR for property marketing, amongst others.

The program agenda will feature over 15 sessions, including five panel discussions on topics related to how proptech is revolutionizing the real estate sector, property management, UAE’s property marketing trends, digital payments and its impact on the real estate industry, use of technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT) & Artificial Intelligence (AI) for smart homes.
