Australian PropTech Soho Raises $500,000 in Exclusive Series B Funding

November 30, 2023

Property recommendation app Soho has raised funding of A$750,000 ($497,000 U.S.) in a pre-Series B round.

Feedback Ventures, an early-stage PropTech investor based out of Singapore, led the "exclusive" round, with the firm now valued at circa $20M.

Soho has a trademarked "PropertyMatch" AI that instantly creates a list of properties matching searchers' criteria. It then employs a Tinder-esque swiping system to let users pick their favourites from a pool of over 150,000 properties in Australia.

The platform is completely free to list for real estate agents.

Soho has raised in excess of A$5M to date and is apparently eyeing an international expansion in an expanded Series B moving into 2024.
