Platform Growth Brings Catylist Research Database to CRE Professionals Throughout the State

Commercial real estate (CRE) technology provider Catylist announced its statewide expansion in Ohio, empowering brokers to better serve their clients and communities with access to real-time data and insight tools. Catylist Research offers an innovative CRE database that allows users to access accurate, comprehensive market data by cataloging every commercial parcel and property in the area. Catylist Research launched in Columbus, Ohio in January 2018, and the company’s success in Columbus has fueled rapid statewide expansion with the launch of Toledo and Cleveland/Akron earlier this year, and Cincinnati this month. Dayton has also signed a contract with Catylist.

“Thanks to the expansion of the Catylist network to every metro area in Ohio, commercial listing data is now being shared by more Ohio commercial brokers than ever before."

— Stan Collins, CEO of Columbus REALTORS®

Catylist’s team of professional researchers collects detailed property data on every commercial property, lease and sale listings, sale comparables and owner information – all verified with multiple sources. Utilizing the latest technologies, this research is combined with marketing and lead generation tools including a dashboard and email marketing feature, as well as access to the nationwide Catylist Member Network that expands the selection of potential tenants and buyers both regionally and nationally. The platform also bolsters local property listings with nationwide exposure through integration with CommercialExchange.com, Catylist’s free-to-search national commercial marketplace.

Catylist Research includes presentation-quality, user-friendly reporting features for both single property and multiple building surveys, along with a research on demand service. To access this cost-effective technology, Ohio-based CRE professionals can sign up for a membership through their local REALTOR® associations in Columbus, Cleveland/Akron, Toledo, Cincinnati or Dayton.

“The commercial real estate market is an ever-changing landscape, which means CRE professionals need access to the information and tools that help them succeed. We have highly anticipated Catylist’s expansion in Ohio and look forward to watching local markets thrive as the talented professionals who work there incorporate tools like Catylist Research.”
