Surprise, surprise. Another big-name portal has built a ChatGPT app! That's where we start this week's Product Roundup...
News Corp-backed Realtor.com has launched an app in ChatGPT, bringing its home search tools into OpenAI’s platform as portals race to secure space in AI-native discovery. According to a press release, the new experience is pitched squarely at the pre-search phase, helping users gauge affordability, explore neighbourhoods and refine criteria before moving across to Realtor.com to contact an agent or book a tour.
The company is also leaning hard into its long-standing MLS relationships. Realtor.com said listings remain secure, MLS data will not be used for model training, and only limited property previews will appear inside ChatGPT. The launch comes hot on the heels of several other big-name portals launching ChatGPT apps.
Idealista's Italian subsidiary, idealista.it, has integrated the property valuation tool StimaPRO into its agent software MioGest to "make the work of real estate agents even simpler, faster and more effective."
According to a post on the company's LinkedIn page:
[With StimaPRO], you can get instant property estimates through an advanced system based on the comparative method, which enhances the quality and depth of the available data to offer accurate and reliable valuations.
Idealista.it acquired 100% of the real estate software company MioGest in 2020. The company provides a suite of services for agents, including phone call management, documentation archiving, and email services. The addition of StimaPRO allows agents to request accurate property valuations directly within the CRM. Property valuations are built on precise analytics of reliable data, and can be translated into fully customizable reports.
MioGest can also be used to export listings marketplaces including ImmoScout24 in Germany, HomeGate in Switzerland and and CambioCasa in Italy.
According to idealista.it, over three thousand agents use MioGest every day.

Avito has expanded its API functionality for advertising agencies, according to Russian media.
Sostav.ru wrote that agents advertising on Avito's generalised marketplace website can now analyse ad performance for different clients "in a single window."
[Avito PRO's API] allows the platform's partners to automate statistics and client database management outside of the main dashboard. These updates help agencies analyse promotion statistics for different clients in a single window, quickly make decisions about changes to campaign settings, and assess client potential through tax identification number (TIN) verification.
Additionally, Avito says its API will also allow agents to measure customers via propensity modeling.
Nikolay Sentyurin, Head of Agency and Partner Relations at Avito, said:
"As an e-commerce technology platform, we strive to simplify the user experience for all participants in the value chain, including through the implementation of new AI-powered tools and technologies. Expanding the functionality of our public API allows our partners to speed up campaign performance evaluation and make optimization decisions based on the collected data, rather than isolated hypotheses."
